Trainee Product manager

Position Purpose:

  • Product development

Essential Duties:

  • Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Create training, positioning, and messaging.
  • Learn and implement the best practice strategies of sales to world’s leading brands.
  • Develop product management skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced English, independence and energy
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
  • Smart, creative and persistent

Experience:

  • 1+ years working with analytics and reporting products in digital marketing or related industries
  • 1+ years of product management experience, especially with business intelligence focus
