Position Purpose:

Essential Duties:
- Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas.
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Maintain product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Create training, positioning, and messaging.
- Learn and implement the best practice strategies of sales to world’s leading brands.
- Develop product management skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced English, independence and energy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
- Smart, creative and persistent
Experience:
- 1+ years working with analytics and reporting products in digital marketing or related industries
- 1+ years of product management experience, especially with business intelligence focus
