Essential Duties:
- Being an Architect, Developer and mentor to the development team while doing some coding alongside them
- Understand React, Python
- Allocate tasks, do code review
- Effectively manage relationships with client contacts and internal teams
- Present work and articulate technical executions at client level
- Monitor the performance and ability of junior developers in team
- Managing outsource if needed
- Producing accurate and detailed technical documentation
- Producing comprehensive and accurate estimates for work
- Testing work thoroughly against specifications and test plans to avoid errors and re-work
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent English, independence and energy
- Must have leadership abilities
